Within the Junior Diplomatic Academy’s educational program, participants took part in a training on “Team Building and Modern Emotional Stabilization Techniques.” This session marked a key milestone in fostering leadership skills among young people. Its interactive approach enabled attendees to learn theoretical concepts and put them into practice right away.




Ilona Vladyslavivna Rashkovska, PhD in Psychology, Professor of the Department of Practical Psychology at Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, and a practicing psychologist-methodologist, shared with participants methods of emotional stabilization and techniques for improving team interaction. She emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, which are key factors for harmonious teamwork.



Throughout the training, participants engaged in group activities aimed at enhancing collaboration and peer support. They actively communicated, analyzed complex scenarios, and jointly explored effective solutions. These hands-on exercises helped them gain a deeper appreciation for trust, accountability, and efficient communication within a team setting.



Rita Kosyak, head of the Junior Diplomatic Academy, highlighted that these trainings are crucial not only for cultivating professional competencies but also for fostering psychological resilience in youth. Establishing a supportive team environment and effectively managing emotional challenges are key factors for achieving success in any area of activity.

Training participants praised the excellent organization of the event and the practical value of the knowledge they received. They highlighted the engaging exercises, which enhanced their understanding of effective team dynamics and helped develop their leadership abilities.
