  1. A new season of the Junior Diplomatic Academy has officially launched at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth.

As first-year students begin their journey through the program, second-year participants are already gaining hands-on experience in Sweden. From the very first session, the program’s motto — “Your path to mastering the art of achieving your goals through the power of words” — comes to life in a practical and meaningful way.

Rita Kosyak, project lead, emphasized: “Our course has an ambitious mission — to equip Junior Diplomatic Academy students with strong communication skills that will help them represent Ukraine positively on the international stage. This can only be achieved through a well-integrated learning process. We hope to build a new generation and community of young diplomats.”

  1. The first session, attended by 42 students, was dynamic and engaging. Participants dove into intensive team-building activities, where they were introduced to the program and mapped out the year ahead. They also joined an interactive lecture, “The Origins of Law and the Rise of Diplomacy,” delivered by historian and Ukrainian studies expert Oleksandr Adamenko.

Over the course of the program, future diplomats will:

Learn the principles of diplomacy and professional etiquette.

Develop confident public speaking skills.

Discover and explore Ukraine’s cultural heritage.

Take part in choreography and movement training.

  1. An off-site training program for both first- and second-year students is already scheduled for October — because together, we are stronger.

This year of the Junior Diplomatic Academy promises to be engaging, inspiring, and full of exciting opportunities.
