Junior Diplomatic Academy: gaining new insights and media experience from Suspilne experts

2. While attending a training camp in Zakarpattia, Junior Diplomatic Academy students from the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth participated in hands-on workshops led by media trainer Viktoriia Polchenko from the Public Broadcasting Academy.

She introduced them to the strategic vision of DW Akademie in Europe and Central Asia, as well as the Children’s Public Media Academy initiatives.

The students demonstrated strong engagement and curiosity, actively discussing podcast formats, pre- and post-production workflows, and using #MethodKit tools to better understand the global language of podcasting.

They returned from the camp energized with fresh ideas, new knowledge, and inspiration. The Junior Diplomatic Academy continues to nurture a new generation of young leaders — strategic thinkers who act with awareness and responsibility, and are driven to make a positive impact on the world.
